Are FUT heroes in packs?
Hero cards are currently in packs from day 1, however very low percentage. Subsequently some of the cards will be high in value. Also because they are new to the game. Third because icons and top cards aren’t in FIFA near the start. So if you have the coins try them. If not wait and see if pack one or they lower in value.
