Lower rated players will have more passes intercepted, more shots saved. Luckily at the start of the game the prices of players are lower for all the leagues outside the English premier league. So you can pick up some top players on 25k and 50k budgets. Below are 2 teams we have tested and play really well. The 50k team is awesome in game and often beats better players.

Best FIFA 22 starter team 25k

Our recommended best 25k starter team is based on Serie A and features Zlatan after all these years. He has several attributes of the top strikers for under 2k. Very strong and powerful to win headers from crosses and hold up the ball. Has amazing composure and great shooting with curve. 5 star skills and 4 star weak foot which help in the box too. Strikers in FIFA 22 don’t really need high pace to be useful.

The rest of the team has lots of power and good passing with pace too. Fairly high rated players compared to many starter teams you will see. These better players will help you against better opponents. Easily upgradeable with players like Mertens, Handanovic, de Ligt, Chiellini, Lautaro Martinez really good value too. Expecting prices to rise but if they don’t too much then you could potentially upgrade near the start.

Best FIFA 22 starter team 50k

One of the best starter teams we have used in FIFA. Suarez and Aguero score chances that lots of other strikers have saved. Very important especially with how good keepers are at the start. Modric gives very accurate passes and crosses which are so much better than lower rated players. Coutinho adds skills if you can master them. Holding midfielders with high all round stats allow good defending and attacking.

Pace isn’t needed as much in defence but strong good tackling players are key. With fullbacks who have decent defending and attacking too to help at both ends of the pitch. Again potential upgrades with a choice of the best keepers in the game. Benzema, Casemiro and Hazard are all amazing value.
