These are the official FIFA 22 release date and Pre order details. 1st October is the release date for FIFA 22 standard edition. Ultimate edition of FIFA 22 is released on the 27th October. Unlike previous years there are now only 2 editions. There is no Champions edition of FIFA 22. Both standard and ultimate editions are available on all consoles and PC. The FIFA 22 beta will be middle of August. Always the same process to apply linked here. The FIFA 22 demo release date would be between September the 8th and 15th. Remember there was no FIFA 21 demo but the pandemic affected this.

FIFA 22 pre order for extra items

FIFA 22 Ultimate edition gives 4 days early access. Therefore you can play it from midnight of the 26th October. Pre-order the Ultimate edition by August 11th (midnight) to gain the extra rewards listed here.

Don’t confuse the 2 editions of FIFA with the versions of the game. Next gen consoles PS5 and Xbox Series X/S have a different version of FIFA 22. Read about that below.

FIFA 22 EA Play and Early access details

EA play allows people to play lots of EA games as part of a subscription. £3.99 per month or £19.199 for a year. EA Play Pro exclusive to Origin is £14.99 per month or £89.99 per year. Although EA Play pro will allow you to play FIFA 22 without having to buy it. What EA Play and Play Pro also offer is an even earlier access to FIFA 22. 10 hours of gameplay as early as September 22nd. Once the 10 hours have finished you will have to wait until the release date of the version you bought.

Although some people find workarounds for this repeating the 10 hours over and over again. We recommend signing up for EA Play for one month to access it early and also receive a 10% discount on pre order of the game. Then cancel the subscription before the end of one month. FIFA 22 versions PS5 and Xbox Series X/S
